For over 30 years, I have specialized in criminal defense here on the Peninsula, representing individuals being investigated for and accused of criminal activity. I take great pride in representing each client to the best of my ability. Every case is different and each client is unique. I try to gather all information possible before making the decisions which will lead to the best possible outcome in each case. It is important that my clients have access to the same information that I have in order for them to participate in decision making with me. After discussing the case with the District Attorney and the judge, if a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, going to trial may be the best option. I want to make sure, however, that my client knows and understands everything about the case before making that decision.
